With regard to the protection of Users’ personal data, we act in accordance with Article 32(1) of the GDPR. Users’ personal data is not transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

Users’ personal data is processed no longer than necessary to fulfill our legitimate purposes or until the User objects to its processing.

Documents and data that may constitute evidence for potential claims (including tax obligations) will additionally be retained until the expiration of the applicable limitation periods.
